Formerly on Blue Bloods Year 2 Episode 10 “Whistle Blower”, Erin’s informant is murdered and she blames herself for his death. She then teams up with Danny to find who killed him.

Frank Reagan is the new York Chief of Police and patriarch in the Reagan brood, which he heads since diplomatically as he can the force, even when dealing while using the politics that plagued their unapologetically bold father, Henry, during his stint since Chief. A source of pleasure and concern for Honest is his eldest boy Danny, a seasoned detective, family man and Iraqi War vet who once in a while uses dubious tactics to solve cases. The sole Reagan woman in the family, Erin, is a N. Y. Assistant D. A. and newly single parent or guardian, who also serves because legal compass for her siblings and father. Jamie is the most youthful Reagan, fresh out of Harvard Law along with the family’s “golden boy”.
However, unable to deny your family tradition, Jamie decided to give up a lucrative future in law and it is now a newly struck cop, a career change apparently supported by his gorgeous girlfriend, Sydney Davenport, a first year attorney at law. Jamie’s life takes an abrupt turn, however, when he’s asked to get part of a clandestine police force investigation even his papa knows nothing about, and one that could possibly impact the family’s older.
